Panayiotis House Volissos, Chios Villa Sleeps 6-7 Ta Petrina's beautifully restored and charmingly decorated village houses offer you the opportunity to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the peace and quiet of the traditional village of Volissos on the unspoilt island of Chios Greece. The highest house in the village, this large spacious stone built property is suitable for families. Nestling underneath the 11th Century Genoese castle, Panayiotis House has spectacular views from its two terraces to both the sea and the mountains. Laid out on two floors, the house has been renovated and finished to a very high standard with local furniture and artifacts. The top floor is a large sunny sitting room/kitchen which opens out onto two separate terraces, safe for children, and a garden with an outside shower. The lower floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a second bathroom with bath. There is also a built in sofa-bed in the large open area at the bottom of the stairs.
