ANDRONIKI HOUSE
Androniki is a traditional Greek country house located 800m from the centre of Skala Eressos, the beach, shops & restaurants. This is an ideal place to relax away from just about everything. The house is set in it's own grounds and has views of the surrounding fields and mountainous countryside. The property is owned by a local family who are very proud indeed of their former home. If you want peace, beauty and charm, Androniki is the house for you.
Androniki boasts a private entrance and a driveway. A pathway leads around the house and onto the huge external terrace which benefits from traditional stone seating as well as patio table and chairs, covered by vines and bamboo, the terrace is a great place to sit and relax with a cool drink, or sunbathe. Eating out is a dream here to the sounds of the undisturbed countryside and the Eressos sunsets.
The interior offers the following. A door leads into the expansive kitchen/diner with large oak table and fitted cupboards as well as an oven and fridge. From here you can enter the large bathroom with shower, w.c and even a washing machine.
In the oposite direction, you will find the lounge which has a natural beamed ceiling and wooden stairs leading to the first floor.
The lounge room has windows over looking the terrace and garden to the side of the house. Wall cupboards reveal traditional ornaments and the sofa's add extra sleeping space, making Androniki perfect for a couple, a young family or friends.
The staircase will lead you to the first floor landing and finally the large bedroom with double bed. Like all houses and villas on the island of Lesvos, Androniki is popular and you should take heed of our advice and book early to avoid disappointment. The property is about a 20 minute stroll and we do mean stroll on a flat tarmac road from the village of Skala Eressos, the beach and the many bars and restaurants.
