The Villa Marandi overlooks the Aegean Sea, located 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Stelida 4 km from Naxos town. Villa Marandi was built with sincere respect for traditional Cycladic architecture and offers one of the most beautiful accommodation facilities and rooms on the island.

Villa Marandi welcomed its first guests in the summer of 1998. It is ideally situated by the sea and only a stone's throw from Hora (the Town) and the best beaches of Naxos.

Overlooking the deep blue sea, it was created with true respect for traditional Cycladic Architecture, and above all offering a friendly atmosphere.

In Villa Marandi you will find the real meaning of hospitality. After a couple of days you will feel at home and a member of our big family, relaxed and having fun. We have named all our studios, apartments and suites after mythological characters and elements of the sea and the wind. All studios, suites and apartments are fully furnished with a very personal touch. They are spacious, equipped with all the A' class facilities, and have large private verandas decorated with pergolas, traditional stone walls and unique views of the Aegean Sea, the Port and Hora.


The swimming pool, the pool bar and the restaurant, are surrounded by a magnificent rock-garden, and offer relaxation, and gastronomical delights.

In our bar you can enjoy a large variety of drinks, cocktails and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere.

In our restaurant, with views of the Aegean Sea, you can sample:

• Fresh fish from the Aegean Sea, caught by our fishermen early in the morning and then deliciously grilled on charcoal and served in the Greek Mediterranean style, with fresh olive oil, oregano and lemon.
• Fresh local meat (produced on Naxos) prepared in a traditional way, with a wide variety of appetisers, as well as special dishes for vegetarians.
• A large variety of more than 50 carefully chosen Greek wines.

For our young guests there is a specially designed playground and children's pool.

Superior Studios can accommodate up to 4 adults or a family of 2 adults with 2 children and offer in one spacious room 2 single beds plus a sofa bed for the additional 1-2 persons .

The Family Suite can accommodate 4-8 persons and offer all the above plus an additional separate bedroom similarly equipped. The Junior Suites can accommodate 2-3 persons in one spacious room, offering a hand-made iron antique double bed and two sofa beds. The decoration is tasteful and of high quality.


The Honeymoon Suites (about 40 sq.m.), offer accommodation for 2-4 persons, with a fully separated bedroom with an iron hand made double bed and a multipurpose room that accommodates another two persons.

All rooms offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the Port of Naxos. The suites are all on the top floor and have large private verandas.
