The Aegean Village is a Cycladic style newly built complex, in the center of Parikia's historical center. It features 24 units including studios for 2-3 persons, apartments with verandah for 2-5 persons and simple double-rooms. All accommodations are autonomous with an own entrance and verandah.
All accommodations have air conditioning. The village is situated in an ancient lemon trees orchard, an oasis of green and calm in the center of the town, 3 minutes walk to the main port.
Studios and apartments provide self-catering facilities with fully equiped kitchenette.
At one end of the orchard, were 3 little old houses that have been restored last year and are now offered for rental.
Hotel Aegean Village and the Traditional Houses are located in an orchard near the port. From the port you follow the small pedestrian streets within the Parikian walls made in the former times to protect the village from the pirates. Nearby is the famous Cathedral of Ekatontapyliani (church of a Hundred Doors) and the Catholic church "Franco monastery".
The surroundings are quiet, but close to the market center, the night life, the port, the bus stop, and the first beaches, which are all in a walking distance of about 5 minutes.
