TRADITIONAL ISLAND APARTMENTS & SUITES. The owner and the staff of Spiliotica, with years of experience, are more than happy to offer its visitors advice, and help to make their stay on the island as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Spiliotika, located at the most astonishing village in Greece, the peaceful Imerovigli, situated at the highest spot on the caldera of Santorini, just a kilometre from the island's capital, Fira.
With the rocky Scaros, the Venetian capital lying directly below, the breathtaking views of the islands, the volcano with cruisers and ships passing by, Spiliotica is an idyllic place to stay.
The complex consists of twenty apartments and five suites for two to five persons, each in keeping with the traditional Santorinian style, and carefully furnished with fine Greek antiques.
The suites, which maintain their unique architectural character, were originally houses hewn out of the rock earlier this century. Each suite is over 80m, with living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, Satellite TV and verandas with tables and chairs.
Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils and telephone. Apartments for three persons have satellite TV. Daily cleaning service included.
The verandas of the apartment offer the visitor the best views of Santorini, possibly the most beautiful and unique island.
The blue Note restaurant, also owned by Spiliotica, with it's incredible views of the island that make up Santorini, is famous for it's relaxing sunset meals and the carefully prepared traditional Greek and International dishes. Room service is available for breakfast and other meals.

These apartments were first built in 1813 by a well-known thief, who was hiding in caves built by him by digging in the mountain.
Kaisaras
A magnificent place which is everything but a simple apartment! We managed to combine the Cycladedic tradition with everything it takes to characterize it not only a comfortable apartment, but a luxurious one!
A huge living room will make you think twice whether you will want to leave your room! A satellite TV offers you the possibility to watch channels from your own country.
You can use our stereo to listen to the radio or your favorites tapes and CDs with the best sound quality.
At your service is a well-equipment kitchenette to cook anything you want. If you don't have the will or the time to cook, no problem. One of the most famous restaurants, called BLUE NOTE, is 50 meters from the apartments.
In Hotel Spiliotica you can also find a cafe. With nothing more than a call from your room, you can have almost everything!
Of course Kaisaras' bath couldn't be an ordinary one. We used the most expensive china and marble to create an amazing luxury bath. For our convenience we have also install a Jacuzzi!
In Kaisaras (and in every other apartment we have) you can find items such as hairdryer, safe boxes, A/C coffee machine, stereo, satellite TV etc. These items are extra in most hotels but standard for us! Of course there is no need to say that we provide you daily service (changing towels etc).
Those who admire traditional buildings will be astonished at the view of our collection of antiques. These antiques are either our furniture (which give to the apartment a traditional style) or lots of items (stored in the appropriate cupboard).
A real surprise is waiting those who will choose Kaisaras for their holidays: a rock from the volcano which was "launched" during the volcano's explosion! The rock has been staying there since 150 B.C. All we did was putting a small light to make its view even more extraordinaire! Last but not least we should mention that there is also a fireplace in the center of the living room, which gives a romantic tone to the apartment.
Athina
Everyone who has been in "Athina" has the feeling that he can have everything that he can possibly need! The bath is as luxurious as possible as it has been made exclusively by marble and it contains (among others) a Jacuzzi!
You can also find things in order to "make your life easier" such as hairdryer, safe boxes, a/c, coffee machine, stereo, satellite TV etc.
An impressive characteristic is Athina's wall paintings. By the time you will see them, you will understand why Santorini's wall paintings are so famous.
But the most impressive about "Athina" is that there are 2 bedrooms. This sounds common but it is not, because the second bedroom is in drape sealing which communicates with the living room with original steps, made by stone.
The view from this bedroom is really majestic. All you have to do is lay in your comfortable bed and take a look at the open sea and at the ships crossing it or at the famous volcano! Aren't these enough reasons to desire "Athina"?
Afroditi
The Afroditi is no less luxurious than the others.
The Jacuzzi and the marble bath are still here, while all the useful thinks (such as hairdryer, safe boxes, a/c, coffee machine, stereo, satellite TV etc) are not missing either!
This apartments is also decorated by wall paintings, which are just admirable.
But there is one thing that inevitably makes the difference: the bedroom. The bedroom is designed and finally make in a cave.
When you will first see the bedroom and how the cave was digged to make it, you will be amazed!
Another thing worth mentioned is its terrace and the excellent view you have from there. There are lots of saizlong where you can sit on and enjoy the Aegean, which lies in front of you.
Poseidon
Is the smallest of the apartments but that doesn't mean that you can't have a comfortable staying there.
Poseidon offers you all the facilities you can ask for. Hairdryer, safe boxes, a/c, coffee machine, stereo, satellite TV are all available.
But Poseidon has something really special that makes the difference: its view. View is fantastic from Poseidon. You don't even have to leave your bed in order to admire the Aegean and the volcano.
