Alkyonis Villas is located in Kamares, in Agia Marina, 100 m. from the beach. Alkyonis offers an authentic Cycladic atmosphere in its exterior layout and even more so in its interior decor.
It is traditionally furnished and decorated with great attention to details.
All units (9) have large individual verandas offering a panoramic view of the sea and all are equipped with air conditioning, TV and direct dial telephone.
The studios consist of a bedroom semi-detached from a living room with 2 sofa-beds, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a veranda. Cleaning service is daily, change of linen is every 3 days. Restaurants, shops and bus stop are 150 m. away.
The town of Kamares is the best place to be in Sifnos, with a large number of excellent sea-food tavernas, and several bars, yet there are plenty of quiet spots where you can enjoy a drink and conversation while watching the sunset in the middle of the big bay. It is also the easiest place to get to because this is where the ferry and Flying Dolphin come.
Agia Marina is directly across the bay from Kamares so of course it is quieter, but still within easy walking distance of the nightlife. The beach is one of the longest in the cyclades and stays shallow for a long way so it's perfect for families with small children. As the view from the veranda shows you it is only a few feet away from the Alkyonis Villas.
