Only a wild flower meadow, some bamboo thickets and pines lie between the white-washed Vromolimnos Beach villas and apartments and the shore from which they take their name.
Wandering from the gardens and sand dunes, the atmosphere is slightly redolent of an old-fashioned English beach holiday, but one where the colours are brighter, the weather warmer and the flora and fauna more exotic. It is not surprising that some guests return here year after year.
They have good reason to do so; this cluster of pretty villas and apartments offer larger than average accommodation and simple colour schemes and contemporary furniture create an interior that is welcoming and light. Outside, flower beds of roses and geraniums, clambering vines and purple bougainvillea contrast with the white-painted buildings.
