Designed and built in the unique architectual
heritage of the picturesque and highly
cosmopolitan island resort of Spetses, the

1920's building, wich has been officialy declared
and listed as one of the island's most significant historic
monuments, and 31 high calibre residences.
Five hundred meters from Dapia, on the sea front, "Nissia" was created with taste and special care for every detail to offer a unique aesthetic experience by combining tradition with modern times.
At the end of July 1996, the luxury traditional style residences complex "Nissia" (meaning islands) began operating on the island of Spetses. Designed and built in the unique architectural heritage of the picturesque and highly cosmopolitan island resort of Spetses, the complex incorporates a carefully restored early 20th century building, which has been officially declared and listed as one of the islands most significant historic monuments.
 The island was Greece's very first international holiday destination and is easily accessible by hydrofoil from Piraeus (approx. 1hr and 40min) or water-taxi from the Peloponese (approx. 5min), making it a favourite choice for long and short trips throughout the year, as well as the ideal basis for day-trips to the country's major historic and archaeological sights.
Featuring 31 high calibre residences, of which 14 studios, 10 suites, 5 maisonettes and 2 presidential suites (situated in the two towers of the restored building), the complex offers its guests an authentic taste of luxury and tradition combined. In fact, each spacious, carefully and tastefully furnished residence features private bathroom, colour television with satellite reception, direct-dial telephone, independent air-conditioning/heating, a private veranda or balcony, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and where appropriate a fire place and a separate living room/dining room.
Additional facilities include a large swimming pool, with a section for children, and a coffee-bar/restaurant offering a choice of refreshments, cocktails, snacs and a variety of exquisite meals.
Catering for leisure and business, the complex also boasts a fully equipped, purposely designed conference room with seating for 75 delegates, a professional staff and a wide range of services that ensure the success of every conference, business meeting, reception and gala.
