Every summer, at the small church of the village many couples decide to join their lives and get married. They follow the Cretan customs and after the ceremony the couple and their guests celebrate until morning!!!
At the restaurant of the traditional village AROLITHOS we organize the reception of a marriage or even the whole ceremony, starting from the beginning.
For those wishing to arrange their marriage in AROLITHOS we offer a wedding in traditional customs and traditional atmosphere. Down to the traditional menu, the event blends beautifully with the whole village.
The restaurant, which is used during winter, has a capacity of 450 persons and the big square outside the restaurant has a capacity for 1,000 persons. During summer, all the activities take place outside, in the big square.
AROLITHOS has been offering Greek Weddings for more than ten years. If you're looking to plan your wedding here, please note it is necessary to reserve the restaurant six months earlier. All the weekends are booked quickly, even from January.
AROLITHOS is also an ideal setting for baptisms at the small church.
