The Heliotrope Hotel is located in a convenient position between the airport of Mytilini and the town itself and offers the visitor the trappings of luxury in a modern hotel complex. The main complex houses 27 rooms which were completed as recently as last year and the grounds of the hotel contain 21 self catering studios built in 1992.
The whole complex is set just 30m from the Aegean Sea and 100m from the beach of Vigla in the suburb of Varia. All rooms and studios have private balconies with a sea view, air-conditioning & heating, colour satellite television, direct dial-phone with DDI, intercom for room service, mini-bar, music and hairdryer. The hotel is also accessible for those with disabilities.
The private bathrooms have w.c and either a bath or shower and the studios have a high quality fitted kitchenette, room safe and credit smart card security.
The hotel swimming pool offers a hydra-massage (for adults) as well as a separate swimming pool for children. Both pools are filled with natural sea water and whilst relaxing, guests can enjoy drinks and snacks from the two outdoor bars. Business travelers will really enjoy the facilities on offer here which include portable fax machines with copy & answer phone facility.
A friendly reception desk will assist you with all enquiries and there are four elevators, a children's playground, landscaped grounds and a parking area. Local buses can be caught nearby and dry cleaning, baby sitting, hairdressing and translation services are available upon request.
